The client asked for a high level introduction to the company to be an integral component of their onboarding process. As the primary instructional designer, I wanted the module to be bright, engaging, and highly interactive. To begin, students choose an avatar and enter their name as they would like to see it on their passport. As they complete each section of the module, they earn a passport stamp towards course completion completion.  

A six part series of modules to help NGO staff in countries around the world help farmers earn more money. Focusing on essential skills, team and community organization, long-term planning, transferable skills, and building a training plan, this project had to be created to accommodate low-bandwidth access throughout the world, and accommodate translations into multiple languages. Clear and simple imagery was used, along with limited onscreen text to streamline this process.  

A five module training program focused on seed systems and seed security in the context of disaster. This series was built in Articulate '13, and translated into multiple languages for NGOs around the world.
